Five Guys - Airdrie

I visited this restaurant with a friend on a slow Saturday evening and ordered two cheeseburgers and a large Cajun fry to go. We waited for about 15-20 minutes, with 4 orders placed before us. Despite there being only three employees that I saw, one of them spent most of the time wandering around the dining room sweeping a clean floor. The fries were slightly undercooked, only needing another 30 seconds in the fryer. The main issue was that our burgers were not cooked properly. My friend's burger only had three toppings and was missing one, while my burger had some toppings missing and lacked the BBQ sauce I had asked for. Instead of extra salad, I only had 2 or 3 leaves on my burger. It was not a terrible experience overall, but it was frustrating that they did not follow our requests for toppings. We even left a tip, so we were particularly annoyed that our burgers were not made correctly. It does not seem worth returning to this place if they cannot get the orders right, even when they are not too busy.

The ordering process involves walking in, placing your order at the counter, and then waiting for your order number. You can choose to either take your food to go or sit down at the restaurant to eat. It's a lively place with the staff calling out orders, but it's quite entertaining to watch them prepare the food right in front of you. Make sure to ask for extra seasonings and napkins, as they are not readily available. Overall, this restaurant is a great place to indulge in delicious, satisfying food that hits the spot. I am glad I didn't opt for a cheaper option like McDonald's as this meal was worth every penny.

This restaurant offers delicious made-to-order food with excellent customer service. While the prices are higher than your typical fast food joint, the quality makes it worth it.

Today we got a hotdog and cajun fries around 2:40 clock (slow time.) I was the only one who completed next to a few her meal. I usually don't complain, but not only did I discover when I came home that I didn't only get cajun pommes, but the pommes had nothing at all on them. they were not very good, and the hotdog was cold and barely seemed boiled. overall for the money they spend for this article, it was not good and not very tasty. I can understand how to screw up a command when they're upset, but I was the only one who is to order. between the three of them that pommes seem like a simple task when it literally the only thing they have to do-- it is why I went there mostly. Anyway, I remembered why I didn't have been at 5 youngs in over 10 years.

As per usual it was great. It's so nice to be out without a mask and see the people's smiles.Service here is fantastic. The food is spot on! Get the small French fries, I can't imagine how big a large is.
