Oishi Japan - Allentown

I absolutely love this place! I'm a big fan of sushi, and while I used to have a favorite spot that my family frequented—mainly because I was familiar with their menu—the quality of their food has declined recently. Oishi, on the other hand, is conveniently located close to our home and consistently offers a quality menu. It's a family-owned business, like many Asian restaurants, and I really believe in supporting local establishments. The restaurant may be small, but it has a romantic and intimate atmosphere, making it perfect for a nice evening out or even a casual lunch. Plus, their prices are very reasonable and affordable. I often order from here, and my husband (who isn't pictured) always brings me sushi from Oishi when I'm feeling down. It always lifts my spirits!

The restaurant boasts a lovely design, making it a perfect spot for a date night. The sushi is outstanding, especially the spicy crab roll, which is my personal favorite, thanks to the fresh ingredients they use. While they don’t serve alcohol, they are BYOB friendly. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The atmosphere is wonderfully calm and peaceful. The food is fantastic. Both the sushi and sashimi appetizers and the hibachi-style dishes were satisfying and definitely worth the price.

The best sushi in the Valley! I've never been let down. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

This restaurant serves incredible sushi, featuring the best quail eggs and breaded oysters I've ever tasted. The sushi selection is top-notch, and I make it a priority to dine here every time I'm in town.
