Beaurepaire Patisserie - Amber Valley

We used to frequent this restaurant until we moved years ago. After lockdown, we returned to Derby to visit friends and stopped by for coffee and cake. The staff is still excellent and the cakes are still delicious. We can't wait to visit again, but it's a shame we now live hours away!

Oh my goodness, this restaurant is fantastic. The staff are all lovely and the atmosphere is charming with its multiple small dining rooms. Our afternoon there was absolutely delightful. The food was delicious, with both unique and traditional sandwich options. We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider giving gift cards as presents in the future for our loved ones.

The tasting tea was large and flavorful, and the pot was generously sized. The lemon drop cake was served in a generous portion and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly.
