Cakes Delight - APPLECROSS

Always a pleasure visiting this cake shop. Chatting to the owner he has trained in some of the top hotels in Japan and Singapore before coming to Australia, and you can see these influences in his baking, flavours and delightful presentation. My favourite cake is definitely the raspberry one, highly recommended. Looking forward to trying more flavours in the near future!

Ordered a matcha cake a couple of hours before picking it up, for $36.50. The cake was really nice, a good size with lovely matcha flavour, light fluffy sponge & azuki (red bean) layer inside. Not overly sweet which was great. Will definitely be back next time I need a cake. They also do single slice serves. Thanks Cakes Delight!

Durian cake topped with beautiful meringue. Sponge cake was delicious but durian flavour could have been much stronger. Overall a little too sweet

Long time customer and have tried most of their cakes. Favourite is the pear and the matcha cake. It is a bit different from traditional Western cakes but the flavour is still really nice and they are always happy to do requests for birthdays. I find the service to be really good (not sure what everyone else is talking about?). They moved spots on Canning Hwy so I parked around the corner outside Hayashi Japanese restaurant and when I went into the shop the lady was kind enough to tell me they had parking right behind the shop for next time.

Durian cake - divine Raspberry cheesecake - what a treat Judging from the past reviews, they must have improved in both quality of cakes and customer service as they have been more than helpful, even taking an order on the day off.
