After I came home from work, I ordered a pizza between 20:15 and 20:20, and the app had informed me that it would come at 20:55. Given the traffic problems in the city, I forgive myself that it is a little late, but when it was 21:05, I called for reviewing the status of my order and was told that it was on the way and would be with me in ten minutes. 20 minutes later at 21:25 it had not arrived yet, and I called again and again said it was on the way and the driver was just kept. Another 20 minutes pass and I'll call again at 21:45 to get another employee who tells me that my order only left the restaurant 15 minutes ago and was on the way back. After it finally arrived at 9:50, almost an hour after arrival, as said by the app, I was told by the driver that he had the wrong address. I am appalled by this service, since my food was not only ice-cold, but I was repeatedly lied that my food was on the way from the first employee I spoke to. I reported my disappointment to the restaurant and was offered part of my order to deliver again, but at a reasonable temperature I refused, as I did not want to wait another hour for a cold supplement. I really enjoy your food, but this is only the last in a number of questions I had with your restaurant's service, and I hope you try to improve this, as it can't work any further.
