Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

This was my worst Chipotle experience ever. I came in at 4:45pm on a Tuesday to notice that they were already out of fajita veggies and guacamole! The tofu and meats looked dried out, except for the barbacoa, because it was swimming in grease. There was only one really slow lady serving the meat, the toppings and cashing out (normally there are 2-3 people . Meanwhile, the three other employees completely ignored the long line of customers that was forming. No one jumped on cash or the toppings station! When I arrived, there was one (1! customer being served in front of me in line. This employee was so slow and inefficient that I waited 18 minutes for my food! Thankfully the strictly enforced 15-minute parking wasn 't enforced, because she needed longer than that... never going there again!

Worst Chipotle I've ever been too and experience. Came in to grab a late lunch, not busy at all, so there's really no excuse to why I received such a bad burrito. My burrito was so poorly wrapped, even the foil was ripped when she gave it to me. The girl wrapped the burrito so bad, it had multiple tears which just fell immediately apart once I started eating. And the ripped tinfoil did not help. If you go to this location, maybe grab a bowl?

Worse Chipotle I have ever been at. Staff is not trained. Missing items form the menu. Vibe was bad and portion was super small. I love Chipotle it?s always good and consistent and clean. This one was NOT. And I see based on the reviews I am not the only one.

So the store closes at 10, I walk in to pick up a order at 9:27, and while I was waiting I asked if I could use the bathroom and the girl at the cash registered said NO because she shut them down, so you shut the bathrooms down more than 30 minutes before the store closes? You can tell she already had an attitude for whatever reason, just horrible customer service. I didn?t even order my food.

This absolutely the worst chipotle I have been to. They are consistently out of ingredients. Want black beans (we out), bell peppers (we out), chips (we out). The management should be absolutely embarrassed by how this place is run. There is a great Mexican restaurant called Willy?s down the street. I highly recommend it over chipotle.
