I'm here with some colleagues for food and two bowls. The place is great and I liked the atmosphere. We also had different snacks and I loved her Beijing duck, even though the bread was not the right thing that was very delicious. Also the fried chicken with this lemonade mayonnaise, so delicious and I would order it again.
Date Night was great fun. My husband took me to the Entepin Bowling for the first time. The food was really good, although the portions were somewhat smaller than expected. Valet parking was just $3 (plus tip and it was somehow hidden and out of the beaten path. It has a cool entrance and seems like a hidden gem. Staff from Valet Station to learn about the game options and prices were great. Note, you can bowl for max. 2 hours, weekend price was $40/lane/hour. Plus shoe rental. The things that made it better (more stars: 1. We had to ask the bar staff to wipe off the area where we were sitting. The guy didn't seem excited to do, and then only my side and not my husband's. 2. He didn't seem to be thrilled when I said I wanted to get a water and find out what I wanted and that I let him know. (I was literally never there, so I had to read the menu and find out. But I wanted to understand. *The galley at the bar was friendly and ended waiting for us. 3. The bathroom, or should I say bathroom, totally dropped me off. They have a bathroom, separate stands (the ceiling and the urinals are behind doors aka floor space only. Split sinks along the long walk and the stands are marked ladies against boys. It was just different. 4. The thing I didn't like was the wallpaper outside the bathroom, all over the hallway. For a place that says it serves children until 5:00, you do not expect to find graphics wallpaper that shows various sex positions and groupings of people. 5. Finally, we tried three different cabins before inserting into the bar for food, because the seats at all previous tables and stands were so uncomfortable and worn out.
Costs for an hour bowling. Good drink selection! Other games are free. Cocktails are fine. Good selection of beer!
My favorite hang-out! With an array of activities and games, The Painted Duck is sure to satisfy the competitive cravings of any athlete or game enthusiast. Fridays are a special treat, with live entertainment; and the food is great! I haven't tried anything on the menu that was not to my liking. The drinks are creative and reasonably priced. This is a one-stop shop for food, fun and festive music.
