Baskin-robbins - Austin

This was the worst Baskin Robbins experience I've ever had. They wouldn't let us sample any of the ice cream before purchasing, which was really disappointing. We attempted to pay for a $40 order, but they refused to accept our $50 bill. The entire experience was just awful. I understand that COVID has changed things, but they're still handing out spoons for ice cream that are just thrown away afterwards. Those spoons don’t get reused; they just end up in the trash. It's frustrating! At this point, I think Braums is a far better option, and even Dairy Queen is preferable, despite not having hand-dipped ice cream. Plus, the place was quite dirty.

The ice creams here are incredibly sweet and full of delightful flavors! The shop is clean and charming, offering local, handmade ice creams that are absolutely delicious. A must-try in this beautiful city!

When I got home, I realized that one of the milkshakes I received wasn't even the flavor I ordered. Additionally, I was surprised to find that they don’t have any cup holders. Seriously? A place that sells milkshakes not having cup holders feels ridiculous. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Really disappointed in my order today. I order from you all the time and usually have great service. Today I received my sundae and it was the smallest sundae I have ever seen in my life. It was about 1/3 of the size they usually give me. I was charged for an adult sundae but received something that wasn’t even big enough for a kid.

I called to make sure it was open, said a guy close at 10 am I came at 9:30 the little ones close the doors when I tried to get yo. I am very disappointed that I drove 15 minutes to come here when there is a schedule, how do the employees not follow!!!
