Eating was decent, not hot or even warm, but taste was okay. my biggest problem is that her building has no female handicap toilet, which is actually accessible. the door opens up halfway (closed through the wall) and it is impossible for everyone in a wheelchair, perhaps even crutches to go inside. not even sure that this codes for a public institution.
Serious service. I bought a coffee cake. it was delivered almost frozen. I asked if they could heat it a bit or a microshaft so I could eat it. they decided. the cashier just threw me away and refused to do good. that's a sad place, and I'll never buy something here again. the casser was rude and irresponsible. is this the way they treat customers?
Disappoint. sandwiches are in average, service was disappointing, and I promise them the worst matzo ballsuppe they ever had. I waited for 3 minutes and then ordered an breakfast bag. the cash register told me that the breakfast was cut off. I looked at my phone, it was 12:00. 99/100 restaurants in the city would have served it. (do not get polite about it) I ordered pastrami sandwich and matzo supp balle instead. a few pieces of the fattest pastrami on 1/4 inch brot imaginable. I give $100 for anyone who can find worse matzo ballsuppe in austin. so watery, no taste, and the matzoball was a tasteless baptism matzo meal.
Excellent bagels, sandwiches and plates. They need a better fountain drink setup, and larger cups. Staff is very nice and quite helpful. You can eat in or do takeaway and cleanliness precautions to are top notch.
