Carving Board Deli - Austin

I understand that it may take a bit longer than at a fast-food restaurant, but they don’t advertise themselves as one. The wait time is similar to what you’d experience at places like Chili's or Jason's Deli. The food here is anything but mediocre; I’ve enjoyed every sandwich I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a delicious, homemade-style sandwich, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. However, if you’re in a rush for cheap food, there’s a McDonald's about a mile down the road.

This modest deli is truly a hidden gem. In one word: 'fresh' encapsulates everything I adore about the Carving Board. I visit as frequently as possible, though not as often as I'd like!
