Mcdonald's - Austin

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cook failed to follow my instructions, resulting in my meal being prepared incorrectly. My daughter has severe allergies, and unfortunately, they included an ingredient she is allergic to in her dish. Additionally, the manager was rude and unprofessional; she slammed the drive-thru door in my face twice and never offered an apology for the mix-up with my drink. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

Someone took my order, and after waiting for half an hour, I realized it was missing. They offered me $5 as compensation, but I decided to put that amount towards the tip instead. The food, however, was excellent—5 out of 5!

Every time I visit this McDonald's, it's consistently spotless, the food is always fresh, the music is enjoyable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's definitely the best McDonald's in Austin!

Maybe the worst McDonalds I've ever had. Except often Stale-Fries, they charge for sauce despite an over $25 order.

Normally a 5 star fun place near work. Quick clean bite to eat but the disrespect that day was real n food was stail. SadlyFood: 5/5
