Mcdonald's - Austin

It took more than 45 minutes to get my order in the drive-thru, so I tried to call and ask if they were open. even after the confirmation it took 25 minutes to come to me (I was the only person in the line), and was shown by a worker.

The drive is terrible. Just one man to take the orders and this poor one was at his best and did mistakes due to too many people talking to him at the same time ...I know working there is not easy, but they are not ready for the rush hour... 3 items missing for one order of 4 meals. But they were very compliant to give them after claim, not that easy to claim it at a drive full thought.

Drive-thru attendant too stoned to ask questions about the order to get it right and didn't hand us a receipt after paying, so when you go to dispute it being wrong you only have word of my proof and was told to just go back through the line. Would be worth the wait if they would hot box but warm nuggets...

It really doesn’t matter what McDonald’s you go to they will always get your order wrong because they just don’t care.

Nice new McDonald's, rebuilt in the last few years. Fast drive through, which is important in that the general surrounding parking area is very limited and frustrating. If the line is queued, it becomes challenging. If you opt to done in, nice facility but finding parking during a busy time can be difficult. Easy in/out access to 71.
