Mr Gatti's Pizza Riverside - Austin

My family and I used to visit this restaurant regularly for the buffet. It's been years since I've ordered from this location, but they still exceeded my expectations. I placed my order online and paid in-store. My server was incredibly friendly and efficient. Although I wasn't in a hurry, my order was ready even faster than the expected 20 minutes. I really appreciate the service! There's nothing quite like enjoying hot and fresh Gatti's pizza!

The pizza and cheese sticks I ordered online did not match the pictures at all! This particular location definitely needs some improvement. I mean, how difficult can it be to make a pizza? The team last night did a really poor job, but I have to give credit to DOORDASH for their excellent delivery service. However, when I opened the boxes, I couldn’t believe my eyes!

Where's the rest of the pizza? Wasn't expecting a large crust with a small pizza size worth of toppings. It did show up cold, but I think that was more so door dashs fault. Their website automatically sends it via door dash so it's on them for using them. Wouldn't order from here again based on how poorly it was made. Would have probably been a good pizza if it was a full pizza and hot.

Mr. Gattis has always stayed good. Never making up no bs stuff like the competitors. Just good ol' pizza!!!
