Panda Express - Austin

I absolutely love Panda, but there are times when the food isn't fresh, and the chicken can be a bit tough.

Ordered 3 containers at $14 EA on Uber Eats of Broccoli beef, literally got 95% broccoli and 5% beef. Wow, is there a beef shortage or something? Probably ripping people off to make a higher margin. I'll never go to this location again. Meateaters go elsewhere they will rip u off.

The manager here is ruining the location. Short portions, broccoli beef with no broccoli, small orange chicken pieces you name it. All the little things that make no difference to the bottom line but a huge difference to the customer. She needs to remember that it’s not about a few cents here and there it’s about customers coming back on a regular basis. It’s frustrating! Attached are two side by side photos from her location (left) and a sister location (right). The money she is saving shorting every plate is going to cost her costumers and end up a net negative.

IDK if going in person would have been any better. Placed a delivery order and they can't be bothered to answer the phone so I can make sure I get sauce and chop sticks( which should be available in app. any way). I love Panda Express but this location needs some SERIOUS RESTRUCTURING!!!

While it may be fast food, I have to admit it's quite tasty and offers a nice change of pace.
