Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Austin

I found the service to be incredibly convenient, and the delivery was prompt. My order was exactly as I expected, and the delivery person was outstanding—finding the building numbers in our apartment complex can be tricky. The driver kindly called for help with directions and was very courteous throughout. I truly appreciated everything and had a wonderful experience.

This restaurant is perfectly situated between my two jobs, making it an ideal spot for a quick and satisfying lunch. The sandwiches are consistently amazing! However, on one visit, I ordered the new cold brew shake online, only to find out they were out of it when I arrived. The manager was incredibly apologetic and went out of his way to make it right, even though I was completely fine with it. He really went above and beyond! I don’t know his name, but he definitely deserves the title of Manager of the Year!

This place is great! Food is flavorful. I should have taken a pic but I was super hungry. I will become a regular. I love the options! Great job yall!

I know it's a chain but one of the best sandwich shops in Austin, which in my opinion we have a real lack of.

This is my first time to Potbelly's. We wanted something fresh delicious and they didn't disappoint! I loved the decor of the place as well. What a great experience! Thanks!
