Taco Bell - Austin

Stopped by this location last night 9/2 around 11pm. Had the worst experience. We were 30 min in the drive thru line, which I understand since places are short staffed, just to get a rude and nasty girl. She had such an attitude as soon as I got to there with what do you want I hadn 't even ordered yet. I told her she had something wrong on my order and she had she yells at me, wait! I 'm not done yet! I tell her, what 's with the attitude, I was the one waiting for 30min and she tells me I can leave. So I did. This location has been going downhill. Might as well close it down.

Very disappointed in this location. Last night sat in the drive through line for a total of 45 minutes, get to the speaker and they say they are only taking mobile orders. I can’t get out of line at that point, so I download the app and place the order only to then get to the window and they say they can’t fulfill the order since they are out of stock on most items. To top it all off the employees I spoke to seemed like they could care less. Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Here’s to hoping some real change can come about or they just closed this location down and replace it with something that has real operations.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I waited on line 40 min to come up the speaker the girl said they are short staff it's only 2 employees working and they were closing at 9pm it was 8:59pm I was so upset about this. I told her they should have came out and told the 10 cars that been waiting that they were close. I drive around the building to leave, onr employee was sitting in the dam lobby the girl was hiding in the back when she seen the cars pass by.Very disappointing and bad for this business.

This location is the worse in austin. They are slow to take to order, prepare and get it correct. The crew doesn't show any willingness to try.

If you're gonna be closed early every single time then just change the hours on the website.
