Velvet Taco - Austin

Yummy! Though my partner in crime was not in Austin with me and I could not enjoy a marg with my meal, I still stuck to tradition and enjoyed Velvet Taco while here. It was not at all the typical dining experience as I had my order delivered, butthe delicious goodness that arrived was all the same! The taco of the month is Italian Pizza. Let 's just say I never want toeat pizza on traditional crust ever again. Who knew? The burger taco was amazing though I could not eat it all because I hadalready stuffed myself with the Italian Pizza taco, and of course, my go-to Buffalo Chicken taco. The burger taco had a WHOLEpatty on it with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, to boot! Let 's just say I never want to eat a burger on a bun ever again. VelvetTaco is by far my favorite taco restaurant!

Velvet Taco is not just a taco-focused restaurant. It's a taco experience. You'll find a few of the more common taco types, like one made with fried fish. But the real reason to visit is to try one of their more creative and unique offerings, like the KobeBacon Burger taco or the Cuban Pig taco. It's hard to put into words how amazing most of these flavor combinations are. You justhave to explore the menu for yourself.

If you're looking for delicious tacos in Austin, look no further than Velvet Taco on Congress Ave. The Cuban Pig Taco is mouth watering, and the Grilled Flank Steak Taco is equally amazing. The chicken in the Chicken Pho King Taco is cooked toperfection, and the Elote Chips are a great side dish. The portions are good size, and the overall experience is 5 star.Delicious tacos and great service what more could you ask for?

This taco place has so many unique and tasty tacos. The service is great and the people are so friendly. Make sure you go before or after the lunch rush or there will be a long line. The presentation of the tacos were also 10/10. Would come here again.

Great concept! It?s definitely an unusual taco place with variety of options. The elotes and chips were amazing, definitely a nice combination. I was really exited about the chicken and waffle taco but unfortunately they didn?t had the waffle availableso they gave me a flour tortilla instead but it was great! We had a lot of other flavors and they were all great. Definitely agood place to visit, the line might be a little long depending on the time and day, but it?s so worth it.
