Zax Restaurant & Bar - Austin

Food and service were great. unfortunately we found out while we were there that the restaurant is well closed. it was disappointing to hear that zax was a place when we visited austin

Blue cheeseburger delicious and cooked as ordered. I loved the thin tweeper rings on top. generous Greek salad cold and crisp was very good.

I went one last time with a friend before you closed (2x in a week for me)! Sooo sad! Please open up another Zax in a different area of Austin.... You would do awesome near Steiner Ranch!!

We were seated promptly thanks to OpenTable. The hostess was very friendly. Our waitress was also very pleasant and polite. The food was delicious. I ordered the lasagna with a salad, which was excellent, while my wife enjoyed the tuna salad. This is a great spot for dinner in Austin. The traffic was a bit busy getting there and parking was a bit of a challenge, but we were able to manage. The restaurant was clean and cozy. We will definitely be back next time we are in Austin.
