Fazoli's - Avon

Devinaa and Tiffany are terrific. They are so friendly, even when drinks are spilled, they happily clean up messes! They will even offer a bib for those messy spaghetti eaters. My mother and father in-law love the restaurant in Avon.

I usually have no issue at all at this location as we frequent it often but for some reason today it was AWFUL to say the least. I waited at the window for 6 minutes before even being as to order. (Never even greeted me to say they someone would help mesoon or anything.....That should 've been my clue to keep moving. ???? After paying for my food, I sat another 13 minutes beforeI received my food. That 's right 19:34 to be exact!! I have pictures of my phone timer connected to my car, because my husbandhappened to call as I pulled up to the restaurant to verify how long this took. All I ordered was a Spaghetti with Meatballsmeal with a slice of pizza and a coke for my teenager! It 's almost as if they had to go pick it up from elsewhere to give itme. ...and to add insult to injury the cashier was as RUDE as they come. No customer service at all but as she handed my food tome made sure to smirk a, "Thank You! "Just absurd. People don 't have to eat at this restaurant you know!! One positive is thefood was hot ....even though my breadsticks were over cooked. ????

During our most recent delivery, our driver, MubarackO, showed little concern when he only delivered half of our order and blamed it on the restaurant. When we contacted the restaurant, Jeff answered and immediately knew what we were calling about. He explained that all the food was prepared and ready for pickup, but the driver had only taken half of the order. Although he was unable to catch the driver, Jeff offered for us to come in to receive the rest of our order and took exceptional care of us. Overall, Jeff's customer service exceeded our expectations, while the service from Uber Eats and MubarackO was lacking.

Andrea, our server, was absolutely delightful and went above and beyond to take care of us. The pizza was amazing, and the pumpkin cheesecake was perfect.

If you are craving pasta and want a quick option instead of cooking at home, Fazoli's is a great choice. Their breadsticks are absolutely delicious, with a heavenly garlic butter flavor, and their desserts are irresistible. I highly recommend trying the spicy baked ziti with sausage.
