Wonderful environment! very nice service. fantastic eating.

Service was good, too many kids running around. Why don’t parents just order room service.

Food and service were wonderful sadly we will NOT return as the Hostess and restaurant manager were unwilling to modify our reservation plenty of tables to accommodate our reservation request but no good explanation as to why we could not change tables good luck to this new restaurant

Our family of 5 had dinner to cap off our winter vacation at the new Stoke Rye in the Westin Riverfront Hotel. Overall it was very good, but not sure the high prices are justified. Ambience was nice. Tables felt cheap, but the chairs were really comfortable. We ordered a caesar wedge salad, which was an interesting twist, but not great IMO. We also ordered their house made rolls which were delicious. When we inquired about a second order our server said that we had the last order. At the mention of this, we asked if they could just bring some bread for the table, and were informed that they have no bread whatsoever. Really? How does a restaurant of this caliber run out of rolls, and does not have bread for the table? Anyway, fast forward to our entrees. We split a tomahawk steak 3 ways, and the other 2 in our party had the 8oz tenderloin. The tomahawk was the star of the evening and the flavor was exceptional. The tenderloins were just ok. Lacking flavor and dry despite ordering medium rare and medium. At $62 per steak, they need to be better. As for sides, we ordered the potatoes 3 ways, broccolini, and pork belly Mac and cheese. The potatoes 3 ways were blah, and were oversold by our server. For desert we ordered the flourless carrot cake and smoked chocolate mason jar, which were both very good. I would give this restaurant 4 stars. Once they work out the kinks and get a season under their belt, I have no doubt they can be a 5 star restaurant.
