Absolutely fabulous, food out of this world and staff so nice Would recommend anytime, unreal value Five stor without doubt

We went in for breakfast, we were handed the menus. When one of the older waitress's came over she was asked if the do chips or wedges and we were rudely told that what is on the menu is what is on it and we don't do changes. One person could not make up her mind and the waitress was like we were putting her out and not very helpful. We ordered two breakfast's and scrambled eggs and bacon with two coffee's and a milk. when it arrived it was disgraceful the breakfasts was like what you would hand down to a dog and the same for the scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was chopped up like scraps and when they were asked if they could do the bacon not chopped up they said that is the way we do it and we will not change. that came from the man with glasses. The breakfast stack also came completely chopped up as though for a baby and the hash browns looked as though they came frozen from Tesco.The food tasted horrible. We could not eat it at all. The dirty looks from him and the older waitress's we received after that was as if we were dirt on their shoes. The younger waitress's were lovely and helpful. There was also no allergy advice on the menu's and as a person with bad food allergies this is not acceptable this is people's lives. The coffee was undrinkable, I have had better out of a vending machine.

Unfortunately myself and my friend had a poor lunch here. She requested a plain chicken sandwich and was told by waitress she would have to check if this could be done ???? I requested the toasted special. I assumed the filing would be warm. I received what was in effect a cold salad filling in between 3 slices of toast. When I queried this the manager told me that was how they prepared toasted specials.

I found upon arrival we were an inconvenience to the older guy with the glasses who worked here, we sat down politely, but he was clearly put out that we sat down at the only empty table which hadn’t been cleaned yet and we had no issue with waiting for it to be cleared. He blanked all of us at the table awkwardly whilst cleaning it. Another couple came in and asked could they sit at a different table and the other staff member told them no, they needed to stay where they were as she was too busy to clean the coffee cups away. A huge inconvenience for her. So that couple left. Rightly so. Our food arrived and was very average and not worth the price as it was trying to be more than a basic coffee shop. Eggs were under cooked. The staff we found was the main issue here unfortunately. Very unwelcoming and customers are clearly an inconvenience to them. My advice is avoid this place! Unless perhaps it changes it’s management as it is obvious the issue is across the board here

Went cafe de mode this morning we ordered there breakfast stacks it all sounded very nice on the menu but what a disappointment I didn't expect them to be a shredded pile on a plate, presentation as though for a little child,The sausage and bacon both looked old as if they were cooked a few days ago dry hard greasy plastic and reheated few times before actually been served, the breakfast was like a mess of recycled chopped up food so you couldn't recognise how old it was. At no point did anyone ask how things were I didn't cause a fuss as I'm a believer you get one chance with food and people eat with their eyes you can do a breakfast stack without that mass of mess. The sad thing is this place was recommend from a family member in New York
