Kfc - Baraboo

Pretty disappointed. I was craving some KFC. I love the original recipe and only eat dark meat. It was just after noon, maybe 1210 when I got there. The line for the drive through was long so I went in and ordered my 2 piece leg and thigh combo. Got mydrink and prepared to wait. They were busy so I knew it would be a wait. They ran out of thighs and offered me 2 legs in mymeal. I politely refused saying I would wait, considering the leg has far less meat than the thigh, unless they wanted to giveme 3 legs. The lady went and talked to someone about the proposition. My proposition was refused and they didn't know when theywould have a thigh. She did offer me a breast but I don't like white meat so I refused and requested a refund which they did. Sosad....I really wanted KFC!!

Delicious food and about 80% of the time, the food is hot. But this place literally has the slowest drive-thru ever. Don't get me wrong, I still come here to get food. But don't come here if you're in a rush. Be prepared to wait 20-40 minutes. You gottabe patient for this place. Hopefully they come up with different techniques to get the customers served quicker.

I waited over 25 minutes to get my food in the drive through. Waiting that long completely defeats the purpose of a drive though. I can think of much better ways to waste my gas. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant paid a little extra, and itwould have cost about the same at this point. When I pulled up to the window, and waited another 5 minutes for the window toopen just so I could pay, I counted at least four employees just kind of wandering around. If they were short-staffed andbusting their behinds I can understand that, but there was zero care or urgency whatsover. I love KFC but will not be back tothis one.

Reedsburg location is so bad. The people working just don't understand you only want a, 1 peice of chicken, not a meal. Dense

I would give less stars if possible. Very unprofessional staff. Staff was very dirty. Order was taken by hand and then was not accurate. Waited around 30 minutes for our food.
