The breakfast sandwich was much bigger than expected (the price made sense when it came out) I added a overcrowded sausage patty, and I think they have two on it because it filled a full-sized bagel. the lavender latte I got was so good! I wonder because her name is “Bread Roses” when they are a co-op? all workers seemed really friendly and super cool! it's such a great environment.
I traveled to cape cod and looked for happy cow and found this place, since they were closed on Sundays and Mondays and I was tied on Tuesday, I could finally stop at breakfast before I met the street to the house on Wednesday. the coffee is really good. I spluged on a mocha latte with milk and cocosm whipped cream. delicious. the breakfast sandwich on all bagel sealed the deal. in any case on my list of top findings. I have lived closer. I need to remember making photos before I take my first bite!
The food, drinks and atmosphere at Bread Roses are all exceptional—it’s probably the best vegan place we’ve found. I started with a **** Maya, which came garnished to the nines (asparagus? Our appetizer was warm olives with vegan goat cheese (remarkable We followed that with a watermelon tuna poke bowl (wow and oyster mushroom tacos (messy but delicious Since we were on a roll, we had to take home some raspberry layer cake with buttercream icing. This chef knows how to create memorable dishes to please every palate, vegan or non-. Staff were very pleasant, and the bookshop setting made for a warm, friendly ambiance. If only we lived on the Cape!
My husband and I stopped in before for lunch and were treated to live music. Great food! We went back for dinner and it was outstanding. I got the Lebanese Fattoush and my husband got the burger. We started with the olives and cheese. I haven’t had goat cheese in years but boy did this taste like goat cheese. Such a nice accompaniment to the olives. The food was creative and fresh. I’m sure that my meat eating friends would love to eat here too. We were too full for desert so I’ll have to review that next time. The staff is friendly and very enthusiastic about the new menu. I also got the lavender lemon drop drink and my husband had a beer. A wonderful night out!
