The food is good, but the service is terrible! Today I spoke to the answering machine four times and ordered a menu for 6:30 p.m. I never received a confirmation. Then another message by email. No answer either. When I came to the store at 6:30 p.m., no one knew anything about my order! They wouldn 't listen to the answering machine because they had too much to do. I would have to wait until the food was prepared. Why does the company provide a mobile number and email address if they don 't work? In response to my criticism, the owner of Ploy Siam apologized very kindly and corrected the ordering options and even sent me a voucher as compensation . That 's what I call great customer service! Totaler R(h)einfall das Essen war nicht gut. Wir wollten dort essen gehen, und empfanden das Essen nicht gut dort! Nachher ist man immer schlauer als vorher

Mir gefällt das Konzept ein Menü auf dem brett, no Nonsens gut authentisches Essen, und ich fühle mich sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen regelmäßig.
