Grouse Mountain Grill - Beaver Creek

I cannot even begin to explain the breathtaking experience of dining at Grouse Mountain Grill. Nothing brings me more joy than eating with my family surrounded by the beautiful mountains. The food has never failed us – it is absolutely delicious and gourmet. I had the mushroom Bolognese and highly enjoyed it. I also recommend the tater tots; for some reason, they really made the day.

Delicious, excellent service, small, well-curated menu, fresh ingredients, can’t go wrong on the menu. Atmosphere feels refined and upscale but not stuffy.

Saying something nice: a server brought water often.

A favorite for many years, however food quality was not what it has been previously. The vibe seemed off in the restaurant as well. Missed the piano player who made the dinner so enjoyable.

On vacation with the family from the east coast and this was our first time eating at this establishment. Needless to say, we were NOT disappointed. In fact, they exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The food from start to finish was outstanding. The chef is a master of his craft. If we had the ability we would have given him 3 Michelin stars. From taste to presentation, hands down the best meal we've had in a long time. The service was just as exceptional. Scott was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The owners have a lot to be proud of about this restaurant.
