Contribuisci feedbackWould absolutely recommend Turtle Bus for anyone/group looking for a safe round trip ride to Red Rocks. I booked it for my daughter and thirty of her friends for a recent concert; payment was easy and the driver Robert was very professional.
This bus came to our Thursday night event at Arrowhead. My husband was one of the first in line to order. After watching the 20 people behind him get their pizzas and going up five times to ask why it was taking over an hour to get a pizza, they explained they had been putting the later orders before the older orders and then said they would run the next pizza to our table. Then he said he accidentally delivered it to the wrong table. Very unorganized and disappointing since we were buying for another couple as well. We finally gave up and left without eating.
We planned the Turtle Bus for my sisters bachelorette party in Vail and had the best time! Jacob and Jesse, from Turtle Bus, were with us on the bus and made the experience even more fun. I would highly recommend using Turtle Bus.I worked with Matt to set up the trip and he was so helpful with giving suggestions of what to do since none of us had ever been to Vail. Thanks Turtle Bus for a great night!
Booked the bus for a guys golf trip three weeks in advance. I called and emailed the week of the event to confirm no response. Received a cancellation email the day before the event with no explanation. Just beware. I appreciate the response three months after the event, but the narrative below is nonsense. Yes, I received an email and was fully aware that I needed to confirm. So I called and left a message. And called and left another message. And emailed. There was no response. And there was certainly no outreach to me until I finally heard from the company the morning before the event that it had been cancelled.I wish everyone involved the best of luck. I will not be rolling the dice on any of our upcoming events with this group. Many other transportation options that have proven to be more reliable.
I reserved (2) buses in January for my September wedding and received confirmation emails for each. An employee reached out to me in July and asked if I still needed them. I said yes, sent her a detailed itinerary and let her know I would follow up in August with the final guest count and timeline. I sent an email in at the end of August confirming all details and asked for a confirmation. I emailed them every week until my wedding and never heard from anyone. I finally called the owner 2 days before my wedding and he assured me the issue would be resolved immediately. An employee called me hours later and said he had no information about my reservation. I spent ~45 minutes on the phone going over the details 48 hours before my big day. At the end of that conversation, I asked for a confirmation email, I was assured I would receive one immediately. On the day of my wedding, I still had not received any confirmation from the Turtle bus and one of my bridesmaids had to call them to confirm they were coming. I asked for two buses at the end of the night and only one showed up. I had to ask some of my guests to drive to the after party because there were not enough seats on the bus. I received my bill two days after my wedding. I sent an email within a week of receiving and outlined all of my frustrations. I did not ask for a refund but I did ask for someone to call me to discuss my issues. I never heard from anyone and my card was charged about a month later. Great concept for wedding transportation, horribly executed, awful customer service and absolutely terrible experience on my end. I do not recommend.
