Amendment 21 - Bellingham

I was so pleasantly surprised.We came in based on a hotel voucher (Heliotrope). The service and food exceeded expectations. I requested no carbs. My salmon came on a delicious bed of sautéed bok choy, fennel, and shiitake. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The waitress was exceptionally attentive and warm.I highly recommend.

Amendment 21 in Bellingham is like stepping into a love letter, penned in sophistication and sealed with rebellion, where every cocktail whispers sweet nothings to your soul, blending history and today in a perfect martini.

Really delicious Eva’s Wild Salmon and at a reasonable price. I wasn’t thinking dinner when I first arrived for the First Friday event but the menu had some very nice options. Love the atmosphere and historic photos of Bellingham. Having live music from Bellingham Chamber Music Society was icing on the cake.

The food was good although not great. The service was very good and pleasant. Seating at a communal table for dinner was not our favorite but worked out okay. The violinist was way too loud for the room.

Top end mix drinks, amazing meat/cheese trays with an atmosphere rarely seen in a hotel bar. Stop and order from the prohibition menu. You won't regret it!
