Contribuisci feedbackYesterday evening at 11:30am, the lady visited the ride thru must of be a very bad night. It was very busy and I think they were short. You can hear it in her voice that she tried so hard to stay friendly. But she was super stressed. I really felt bad for her. I need to hire more people to help her.
Since the drive thru was supported for breakfast, I thought I would get my food faster. It took 30 minutes to get my order with just one person before me. The staff had a bad attitude and rolled their eyes on me when I asked them about conveniences as if I were inconvenient. I came home to find out they got my order wrong.
The service at this McDonald's has been downhill for over a year. Today was said I could not use more than one voucher. The voucher says that a voucher per person does not visit. I fed 4 ppl. Then it was missing from the order by 2 Cheeseburgers. It wasn't as busy as it was only 11:30. Picked up children from school with basically missing a whole meal. Should not be so difficult!!!!!!
This place is getting worse. Three direct weeks, they screwed our order. I had to go back and get it two times. This time it's not worth the gas running back and forth. This place has been down for months. Waiting is too long to make the order wrong. Management will not even disturb to answer the phone. Customer service is at a minimum here.
Been coming here for years but as far as TODAY THEY LOST A FEW CUSTOMERS. go through a drive through and waiting is no problem but when your food is cold and you take it inside just to get more colf double cheese burgers and instead of the manager excepting the request for a refund he hands off another set and this time not ONLY cold but mustard was NOT supposed to be on certain ones due to allergies. This happened during lunch rush! Photos POSTED
