Waffle House - Belmont

Came to this place and ordered out. 3 chocolate chip waffles, eggs, bacon, grits. When I come home... I'm going to prepare the food for my two-year-old daughter and I found a gray, natural, hair! In my food. I'll call the location back to tell them, and the lady looks like it's not a big deal asking if I want to restore the waffle. I think so. I'm telling her, maybe I can come back one day, I really don't want to create a scene. Then I hang up and start eating the rest of the food, which is not contaminated and is simply completely cramped. I just smashed the rest of the food and lost my appetite.

3x in a row we came here to make an order and they find a way to screw it up. Except this time, my husband hasn't reviewed it since he waited 40min after work... So we are ready to eat at home and give food for which we no longer wanted and paid for and someone has gone out. Last time I waited about 50min for my order bc after 30min, I was given the wrong food. I understand you're busy, so I gave this place 3 chances, but that's just ridiculous.

It was so good that I wasn't in a few years, so the taste of everything was amazing.

I love the waffle house cooking and empire... But not that someone’s traffic of waiting for table customers, the experience makes a little unpleasant... trying to get your place or take yourself, makes you feel safe. And looks unorganized... help microstations... The smallest jobs help the experience.

I gave this Waffle House 5 stars 2 weeks ago but I had to change the rating after a recent visit. The way my to go order was put together was awful and two items were left out. The to go waitress also had tables and it was busy. It was clear that she had too much going on and thus everything was suffering. The parking lot and I interior were also dirty this time and that is usually not the case. Hopefully this was just once and if so, my next visit will be a 5 again
