Arby's - Benbrook

I was disappointed that my extra sauce was forgotten and that we weren't informed about the substitution of fries. However, despite those issues, the food was delicious!

Avoid ordering from this restaurant. They charge $1.25 for a cup of cheese sauce, but only provide a small amount. They often forget items, including important components of meals. The food is delivered cold. Look for another place to order from.

Everything at the restaurant was enjoyable except for the Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It did not have a fresh smell or taste, and I am unsure if it was due to the lettuce and tomatoes or the chicken itself.

Didnt get my Apple Turnover, and my shake was watery and everything was cold :

I got one beef n cheddar and then a sandwhich that was not what i ordered. And on my beef n cheddar it was a mess the meat was thick cut and cold. Wasnt worth the extra delivery costs to order online.
