Hardee's - Benton

This restaurant has severely declined in quality. There are not enough staff members, resulting in customers having to wait 15 to 30 minutes just to place an order. Slowest place I've ever been to waited 10 minutes in drive though never got an answer went inside and stood at the register for almost 5 minutes and no one said anything or attempted to take my order. Will never go here again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place can be hit or miss. It tends to be disappointing, but if you anticipate it, it's not as bad. The issue with many fast food restaurants, like Hardee's, is that they hire inexperienced employees who may struggle with simple tasks. Despite efforts to streamline the process, errors can still occur. This review is for takeout service.

This burger was the worst I've ever had. The service was for takeout and it was a lunch meal. The price per person was between $10 to $20.

As an employee working at Hardee’s I do not appreciate the environment and situations I’m put in. Over the 7 months I’ve been there I’ve got cussed out and disrespected by my managers. With all customers I make sure they are pleased and comfortable with me. However, it’s hard to work there due to the managers yelling and being rude to me when I ask a question. Ive had a shake thrown at me and have had 2 panic attacks. Not to say all Hardee’s are bad but west Frankfort and Benton have not been my cup of tea, very unprofessional.
