Lighthouse Cafe - Berthoud

My father and I visited the Eckstein café for the first time recently. he attended by ga and we decided to try something new. super sweet place and omg the girl behind the theke can cook y’all! it was so good! I also ran into the restroom at some point and noticed a sacredness in the back. when I asked someone about it, they offered to turn all the lights and give us a visit to the church that is attached! it was beautiful and the people there were so incredibly nice! many thanks for a great experience! we are coming back in definitiw!

For those who appreciate fresh, homemade delicious food made by a chef who is knowledgeable and passionate about cooking, this is the place for you! I recently had the $3 breakfast burrito and found it to be both satisfying and full of flavor. I have yet to try their lunch menu, but I am confident I will not be disappointed.

The portions at this restaurant are generous and made with love. I find myself coming back to eat here every opportunity I get. The staff provides amazing conversation and has a great attitude. The atmosphere is comforting and inviting.

I ordered the fried steak and eggs with hash browns and a side of bacon. It was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant had a peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed escaping from Longmont to Berthoud, it has a laid-back vibe that I love.
