I'm going for a lot of walks and sometimes I want to get a little quick. I ordered a veggie sausage that needed 20min to be made. it only ended the broth and one sausage, no other ingredients that was dry. Nice that they try to make vegan food, but it turns out to take a long time and the quality is disappointing.
Nice to see vegan options on the menu not bad value. Dogs welcome so great pit stop when a long walk
Great location only on the Derwent Walk and cycle path. A fascinating place in history. The Falafel wrap was delicious, but the sausage roll had seen better days and the vegan jacket and brownie were standard home made farewell. Many seats inside and outside. Overall a pleasant visit.
A beautiful café with about one third of the menu suitable for vegans. The available options are also very good. We ordered a hot dog with onions and garlic Mayo, which were delicious and a very good texture and a sausage roll to share what was tasteful, but the pastries were a bit too flaky. To give us some energy on our hiking route, we also bought two Treacle folding jackets and some hot drinks. By the way, the flap jackets were great and the coffee and latte I would also give myself a big thumb. I would definitely recommend a visit to the cultural centre and café.
