Trattoria Baraldi - Bologna

We had only filled the ravioli with vegan ricotta and pumpkin and porcini. It looked pretty, but really tasted bad. Totally unavoidable and even the salt we demanded could not repair it. And for this small part of the bad Ravioli I had to pay 16 € (including 2 € coperto). Further, the waiter seemed to joke on us when we asked about the faucet. We weren't very pleased there.

Offer pizza. In my opinion, it is strange that you do not offer pizzas in a busy month because someone is on vacation.

The food was nice. I ordered the gnocchi, but the server gave me the vegan tasting plate that had the gnocchi, so I wasn't too upset about it. The food was nice and her pizza was really amazing and fluffy. If I had more time in Bologna, I would have liked to go back and more tired of their food. However, the employees were quite terrible at their jobs. Not only were they unprofessional, but also somehow vulnerable and confused about everything. Updated by previous review on 2022-07-14

I had the vegan tasting plate. The pasta dish was really good, but I'm sorry to say it was probably the worst hummus I ever had.

Though everyone here seems to recommend the tasting menu, my partner and I shared a pumpkin cream pizza and mushroom and pumpkin filled ravioli. The former was really good, and the latter was out of this world. We even had chocolate salami for dessert. But although overall prices were reasonable, the portion of ravioli could have been bigger. Otherwise it was a really pleasant dining experience.
