Modmarket - Boulder

I went to the restaurant and noticed that it wasn't very crowded. I wasn't informed about the long wait time, so I ended up waiting for 20 minutes before deciding to leave.

This restaurant is not for quick bites, but rather for a more leisurely meal. The food is both healthy and delicious. While it is on the pricier side and not somewhere I would dine at regularly, I did enjoy my experience.

On Wednesdays, my partner and I usually eat out or get takeout. This week, we dined at Fashion Market. We decided to share a flatbread and a salad, along with a glass of red wine. Everything was amazing.
