Burger King - Bound Brook

On April 19, 2024, at about 9:40 pm, I went toorder food for taking out. After I came back home I found the worker forgot to put in the nugget and chicken fries. I called and went back but the worker was so rude. She did not make any apology to me for her mistake. Instead she insisted that she only forgot the chicken fries and she had not forgot the nuggets. She wagged her finger to me and said I was not good because I want more nuggets. She did not listen to me and just locked the door in front of my face. This is unbelievable. She made a mistake and caused the trouble for me to go back, but she blamed me! I never had such a bad experience in any other Burger King store.I wish the manager couldcheck the camera and found what happened. Where did the worker put the nuggets? In my bag or in other customer’s bag? Or the worker did not put it at all? Just a chicken nugget, it is not a big deal, but it is about a person’s moral integrity and the worker’s working ethic and attitude.

Warning!! Possible food tampering. The last 2 times I've eaten at this place has caused me to be lightheaded and dizzy. Do not eat here!

Top tier as far as Burker Kings go. Food was hot and fresh, the buns seemed like they were straight out of the oven. Customer service was great. Definitely coming back

This Burger King hits all the right notes. The dining room has that classic Burger King feel comfy and familiar. But more importantly, the food is fantastic.
