Sips Drive-thru - Bountiful

I know its a coffee place, but I go for the steamed milk Hot Chocolate. Its great.

I used to love coming here but the last couple times the service was . I asked nicely what sugar free flavors they had and the girl said there was too many for to bake so she didn?t want to tell me what they were . On top of that she charged a dollar for water that I ordered with my drink . The lady I went I wasn?t for a water . I called the store and they said it depended on the person working on whether the water was free or not

The girl at the first window taking orders/payments this afternoon (9/25/2022), was unfriendly, and unhelpful. I had only been once before, so I had questions about some of the drinks to which she rolled her eyes at all of them and didn't know answers to any of them. She finally called over her co-worker to come help me (she was very nice and knowledgeable). If all you are expected to do is sit at a window during your shift, I would expect for you to at least know your product well and deliver it with a smile. Perhaps she should be in a non customer facing position while on her shift.

Twice in a row my order was messed up. Both the same drink, Dr loco nut. The first two times I had it was perfect, these last two they did diet doctor pepper without letting me know which I couldn't even finish, and the 2nd I asked for a small, they charged and gave me a medium without repeating the order back, and they forgot the lime... That's the point of the loco nut drink. If there was no lime, let me know.

Best oat milk latte ever! And tons of sugar free syrup flavors. I LOVE SIPS! Super friendly baristas. Open Sunday?s!
