Cook Out - BREVARD

Lady at the counter was super friendly,but the double burger tray was terrible.the patties would not equal a sausage patty if both were mashed together.ive never had a sandwich that sorry at a Cookout before and whoever cooked it knew they served it that way.

Food was fresh. That's the only plus. I was missing an item from my order, and my customizations were not done. I've been going since they've opened and this has been a very common problem. Food is fine, employees might not be paying enough attention. I'm sure the manager would make it right but it's not worth the trouble. Just do it right the first time.Cashier: DavidOrder: 1172

Food is like no other fast food place service was bad they forgot one of my milkshakes and they kept saying that I had my milkshake but I didn't and they got one of my milk shake order wrong they ignored the part that I said that I didn't want pickles in my burger just go somewhere else that isn't

Always a great experience. There was a long wait in the drive thru probably because they were understaffed, but the shakes were fresh as well as the burgers.
