Chipotle Mexican Grill - BRONX

Not recommend that this chipotle, eating is always cold and the guacamole is always brown (literal always)

Serious eating terrible customer service stay away from this restaurant. I give them only 1 review because I can't give them zero. we ordered the food and when it was delivered, the container looked empty and the food already looked at. did the food come back to show them and ask why they would do such a thing to their customers? we met a very hostile manager who would not refund our money or replace the food, is a picture of what they have delivered.

The slowest I've ever seen at a chipotle. the dame took a few minutes to wrap two small burritos. then spent several minutes to give the next customer several taste tests. the lack of professionalism and care was amazing.

Had to wait 10 mins even though there was only one person ahead of me, then was ignored for another 5 when it was my turn. Once I got to the register, I was told they're only taking card. That's something you announce to the people waiting, especially long waits so we don't waste our time. Cashier gave attitude because I only had cash since I left everything in the house. Please do better.

I love her and eat her. nothing better then goes to a place and people fit to quality.
