Applebee's - Brooklyn

They offer the typical Applebee's menu reasonable prices, and good food and beer. The service was extremely slow and it didn't help that the police had to be called in to remove a belligerent person from the bar. Enough to ruin a dinner even though the food was good.

Would give none... they wanted us to pay for things we never received. They walked pasted us because we never had a waiter .. she said she was a temp....Long story short the manager ran out like a little thug telling us what we about to pay for... that area is a black mecca and we can't serve our own... trash place...will be taken further legally..

This place gave me E. Coli. Dont fucking eat here. My stomach has been in knots for a few days and i know it was from the fucking lettuce. Their salad tasted tasted unfresh, and the chicken tenders were soggy. I'm very upset with this Applebees to the point where i had to write a god damn review. Dont eat here unless you want to get sick.

Very bad service, the coffee was so bad, I could not have breakfast outside because it was dirty and there was no one to clean. My experience was very unpleasant. I usually have breakfast at the Applebees franchise, but I do not recommend this location. I had to get up to ask for help 4 times it was upset , I hope the managers can read this comment and improve the service.

I had an horrible time and experience not only on the 3rd but two weeks prior when I got the same server. For one she don't know anything I think she was trying to scam my card by telling me that I can't pay by phone she has to swipe it. This time I come. I order a med well steak and for one the grilled it on low flame so it came back grey and had things that come out the burger that lets you kno it's not ready. Makayla brings me out the salad now which I'm jus like why every time u serve me u bring my appetizer last. She shrugged and laughed in my face. I called for the manager who came over which I didn't know he was a manager his attire don't scream in charge which is why they can play with my food and drinks which isn't fair.. I asked if I can keep my sides and they just fix the steak, he said no they have to do everything over. Makayla was to be puttin in a 2nd go of drinks while this is going on I'm picking through the welted n brown salad n they leaves I picked out all the rusty looking salad on the little white plate they put on the table and I ask Makayla to give this to her manager and tell him to eat this and to come back to me because why is it black things floating in my drink.. she laughs in my face yet again because she is unCouth and have poor customer service as the entire establishment does and she walks away after waiting 5 mins I ask her if she gave him the salad she said yes so I figured he'd would've came out by then so I asked another 4 times along with my bill to the point where I bring them they drink I told her I'm not waiting any longer and I left because she was at the host station laughing n talking.. I'm never coming back to that location ideal if I'm coming back to any of the establishments after this i forgot to take picture of the drink I'm soooo disappointed
