Contribuisci feedbackWe got there before closing (5-10 minutes before) and they already locked the doors and wouldn't let us in. Not the first time. Walked all the way there with a knee injury too. Just wanted donuts and coffee man.
Every time I come here there?s something is wrong with my order. This time around I had paper inside my sandwich which I didn?t realize until I had already taken a bite. There is something very strange about the employees here and I can?t understand whywork somewhere that you?ll just be nasty and malicious to people. Psychological tests need to start being a must in the hiringprocess for these types of establishments.
Absolutely disastrous experience. I ordered 50 munchkins, but the employee mistakenly charged me for two boxes of 25, which cost $10 each, totaling $20 instead of the correct price of $15 for a single box of 50. I'm not sure if they don't have larger boxes available, but it makes no sense to charge a customer more when they clearly requested 50. Instead of resolving the issue on the spot, they suggested I come back next time and ask for 50. It's truly unbelievable. They've just lost a loyal customer.
My order was incorrect, and while they did fix it, the process was quite frustrating and felt like pulling teeth.
I had the worst customer service experience here. They didn’t have any ice cream available, and the staff wasn’t attentive to what I was saying; they just made their own product instead. I will definitely not be returning to this location. To make matters worse, there are no restrooms for customers, and they even charge extra for that.
