Empanada City - Brooklyn

I tried the chicken, shrimp and apple empanadas. All very very good. Definitely get the dipping sauces. The passion fruit lemonade was fantastic.Food: 5/5

FOOD JUST DOESNT MISS EVER!! I love about 15 mins away from it I can order and still get that crispy fresh empanada and ofc just going there is always better. Wish they had more drinks options idk how I feel bout smoothies with an empanada. AND MY ONLY NOT SO SERIOUS THING is I wished they gave bigger portions of the sauce. It’s so much scraping I can do lol but that pink sauce is good coming from a person that’s not a fan of sauces. Only reason for 4 star other than that you got variety of empanadas. Hope they come out with more?

If you’re hankering for an empanada this is the spot. Fresh, crispy, and well seasoned empanadas with unique combinations.I’m still thinking about that roja vieja and the cubano empanada days later. Make sure to get the sauces as well! The cafe con leche was also nice on a cold day.The staff were nice and helpful and not in a talk your ear off way. Would easily go back or get it delivered.

Really good option if you are craving empanadas and/or smoothies! This spot is clean and cozy with a few small tables for indoor dining. Service was quite efficient as we received our drinks within minutes of ordering. We ordered several empanadas (pizza burger, shrimp, americana, bacalao, ropa vieja, cuban) and two drinks: a frozen piña colada and avo-mango smoothie. The empanadas were hot and crispy and had sufficient filling. Our favorites were the shrimp and the cuban! If you happen to be ordering and paying for the group, be sure to mention to separate the empanadas by flavors! This spot also offers a 10% discount for local medical students.
