I was on my lunch break and my total was $10. The waitress was already trying togive me a hard time because I didn?t have cash and they have a minimum of $12 if you?re paying with card, which I wasn?t awareof. She screamed out as if I forgot my wallet or something. Very rude.
I?ve ordered the same dish in 3 different occasions and it always gives us all stomachaches. Ever wondered why it?s so cheap?
The place has been there under the same management for years...the food is always hot and fresh Iced water and /or tea is generously offered. The ordering with substitutions is easy and met without difficulties. Cookies come with the bill. Nothingfancy but comfort Chinese American food that satisfies the craving.
Not bad at all. Had the lunch special to-go... #12? i think? But regardless, it was alright for a quick bite. I was expecting much worse in taste quality, but it wasn’t overly Americanized or too authentic. A nice in-between spot for taste. Meal came with a drink (soda can). Price was around $8, which is not bad for NY. Probably wouldn’t come again unless I was craving some quick nearby Chinese food. Recommend for those looking for a quick Asian bite.
Fantastic treat! Visiting friends in the DUMBO area. Found this leaving the Clark street station. Broccoli beef dinner was excellent (and still burning hot after the walk to the ferry park). Pork egg rolls were the perfect example of how a pork egg roll should be made! $21 including tax was less than expected for NYC.
