Everything is delicious but my loaded brownie wasnt loaded at all but still good
Salted Caramel is da most difficult cookie to get smh ordered an hr and a half early only too reach there and the staff continously tellin me 20 mins knowing damn well they haven't started makin them yet since the order was put in. I'm not angry abt gettin the cookies late I'm angry about not being told the truth in general that my cookies wasn't prepared from the jump.
Terrible customer service. Placed an order for a dozen cookies, I was given an ETA for delivery of 90 mins. 2hrs laters cookies were not delivered, I called for an update the staff claimed the order was ready but have no driver to deliver. Called again 30 mins later they still had no update and did not seem to care about the delay in my delivery. Ended up canceling the order.
The service and food is amazing. I so wish I could leave a tip for employees on credit card!
