Restaurant did not follow directions on preparing or delivery

I called on the phone and the lady who answered the phone was demanding she charge my card for a tip I explained to her it's optional and it is at my discretion...

Always enjoy my food them and get a nice amount, friendly restaurant owners and delivery tends to be quick too! :
