That must be the worst thing that wendys have ever waited for my order over half an hour, and everyone is just twisted around, as there is no urgentness, even if they have waited several orders over half an hour 1/08/2023 what crew worked about 5:50 pm, is terrible

Let me first say that the staff is very rude. I have placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive-thru. After waiting for almost 10 minutes on the drive-thru, the person tells me that they don't do druve-thru mobile order. So I went in and after waiting for about 8 minutes, I got my cold food because it was almost 20 minutes. they wanted them to prepare my food again, but just as I wanted to ask the personal, it went to a customer. do not go to those innocence they have a bad experience. bt2 work I threw my food away, it was too cold.

The food I ordered was fresh! and the woman behind the counter I think she was the manager or the superior. I didn't catch her name, but she was very helpful and very friendly, it was nice to enjoy the conversation with the staff at such a rainy day. many thanks that they make my day a little better vegetarian options: I have never complained about wendys Veggie options because I don't expect much, but eating was delicious and fresh! child-friendly: it makes me always happy to visit a place where the personal little child recognizes, again the manager I believe. she was excellent and spoke tenderly and attentively with my son.

I really don't dine in just Drive thru. Food is usually fresh beside a handful of times. The staff is also a hit of miss. Most of the times they are friendly good service.Food: 4/5
