Bojangles - Bryson City

It's really disappointing that every time we visit Bojangles, something goes wrong. The order is frequently incorrect, the chicken is often old and tough, or the entire meal is served cold. It's frustrating, especially since they have increased their prices; customers should at least receive the quality they are paying for.

I visited my first Bojangles in North Carolina, and it was surprisingly enjoyable! The chicken was delicious, and the service was quite good as well!

The Bojangles in Bryson City prepared my chicken strips perfectly. I chose to go inside this time, partly because I wanted to sit down, and partly because I'm deaf. The drive-thru can be challenging, both for me and for the employee at the window. It would be great if all restaurant drive-thrus had a button to alert staff when a deaf customer is present and unable to use the speakers.

Went through the drive thru, had a pretty big order with 4 people in the truck. You always assume you are going to be short atleast one item. Nope, had everything we ordered in the bags. Job well done. Thank you.

The food is reasonably priced and served fresh, and the location is conveniently close to the highway. However, I had one negative experience at this location where I went through the drive-thru and was informed that they were out of chicken. I found that quite surprising and was left feeling disappointed.
