Bill Miller B-q - Buda

This is the 2nd time I have gotten my order incorrect at this bill Millers. I have eaten here since I moved to Buda 3 years ago but I am losing my patience. I ordered a 2 piece fried chicken with 2 jalapeños and pinto beans, 2 rolls with butter but I received 4 salty chicken fingers with French fries and 4 jalapeños and one roll , no butter.My wife’s order was a bbq chicken breast, with pinto beans and potato salad and 2 rolls with butter but received a Bbq chicken leg quarter, one roll and the potato salad was half cooked, several chunks of potato were raw. What is happening? Maybe the people from corporate in San Antonio need to come out and work and retrain the new employees. I have been a loyal BM customer for over 60 years. I am originally from San Antonio and I know what BM BBQ should taste like and how they should run. Please help us.

The experience at this restaurant was extremely poor. I ordered a po boy meal with wobble and pickles on the side, along with a tea to drink, and a chicken sandwich. It took about 20 minutes for the two cars in front of me to finish their orders before I could place mine. When I finally arrived at the window, I was told it would only be about 4 minutes until my order was ready, but ended up waiting 15 minutes with the two cars behind me. When I received my order, they had forgotten the wobble and pickles, and the chicken sandwich was missing the pickles I had requested. While some small mistakes are understandable, the most frustrating part was the long wait in line without being given the option to move to the side and wait there instead. I'm not sure if the lengthy wait was worth the mediocre food quality. Overall, the staff seemed a bit disorganized.

I felt unwell after leaving the restaurant. The manager was extremely rude. It took 30 minutes to receive our sandwiches, which had hard rolls and were poorly made. The chicken sandwich was not properly coated and was dry and tough. It seems like they used low quality ingredients. Overall, this place is not worth the money. I could have found better food in a dumpster.

Terrible! I waited for over 35 minutes to see my order being wrong. no jalapeños were included, which were part of my meal, hardly any ice so that my tee was hot, I asked for extra pickles and wobble and I got no, the brisket was mainly fat, the basket of the fries was half full, my rancher plate came only with 2 sides vs. 3. the hatebrown tasty stalking and fies. 4. support today with a star rating. something is going on!

I ordered a two-piece fried chicken with mac and cheese and it was awful. I feel like they really let me down. The chicken had no flavor and the skin was falling off the meat, indicating that it was not cooked properly. The mac and cheese didn't even taste like real cheese.
