Our delivery orders always seemed like eating old. or hard and dry. I would never have ordered anything from this one that I was satisfied with. I went to another panera, ordered an egg/bacon/no cheese on a croissant. it was so good that I thought I would make it a part of my life! but unfortunately the panera is with me on the elmwood avenue. I ordered this egg sandwich on croissant. the croissant was dark and burned, and there was no egg on my eiersandwich. (they had a job.) what else is, they gave me attitude. can you imagine? I annoyed her with my problem. I am the most pleasant and gracious person I know, when someone is responsible for this load, they have cut out their work for them. - I read the statements. You're the worst in the district. their employees in the kitchen are sullen and terse. her business is dirty, and her eating is often unusable in the ground.
Great food. clean restaurant. friendly service. central location, many activities
By far the worst location I have ever been too. Ordered ahead fir take out so they can get it right and still got the order wrong. Spend your money somewhere else
9-21-22 I have been to Panera Bread six out of the last seven days. I have joined the sip club where you get unlimited beverages throughout the month. One cup of Iced and hot coffee or tea, fountain drinks or charged lemonade. Every two hours the charge is 10.99 for the month. A good deal if your thirsty and close to a PB I have tried the food only once vegetarian squash soup and half of a smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich as a you pick two selection. The soup was tasty as was the sandwich. I have been to the Sheridan Delaware Tonawanda and Elmwood village locations staff have been good at both but the EV site seems more run down although it seems better for people watching on the strip.
