Roost

First time here and tried out their Saturday Brunch. Very eclectic atmosphere. Loved the vibe they created. Food was super good. I had the breakfast pizza and my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. The pizza was delicious with crispy tasty crust. The chicken and waffles surprised me with the sweet start and heat to follow, definitely recommend trying. Tried several of their signature cocktails. My favorite was the Pomelosa. Definitely will venture back here again soon. Bring your friends, family, coworkers, significant other here and I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Love this restaurant! The atmosphere, the food and our servers were wonderful! We ordered Lamb Chops that were out of this world! We also had the Burrata and Ramps on toast appetizers and Lobster Toast Entree.everything was fresh, amazing and different..I always try to find different food and Roost has it! The flourless chocolate cake was a perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience! Our server was great too! She made the best recommendations! Can?t wait to go back!

Roost is one of the coolest places we?ve been to in Buffalo. We came at lunchtime without a reservation and had no problems getting a table. All of our food was delicious and my burger was outstanding. Can?t waIt to go back.

We found this brunch spot via online while visiting Niagara Falls and were looking for a good brunch spot. We had difficulty finding the building itself since the sign was small and not as visible while driving by. We made 2 passes before identifying their building. The decor was very creative and cozy, with several roosters of various colors and sizes roosting on different fixtures. It was like hunting for Easter eggs as we looked around trying to find them. The host and servers were friendly and helpful with explaining their menu. One of them explained to us that their menu changes every 2 weeks according to the season (ie. their previous 2 menus were Asian inspired followed by Italian). Their food and drinks were excellent. We had the fig prosciutto pizza, lemon ricotta pizza, the French toast with bacon, shrimp stir fry, and the Korean sloppy Joe. For drinks we tried their mimosa, pomelosa, French toast (with bourbon), and fresh start (with moonshine). We highly recommend this place.

It was good restaurant, very interesting style. They have a vegan food. Food was great. I would recommend the place. Nice and cozy. One thing I wish service could be better. I think mostly restaurants have lack of good service.
